11/19(水)に仕事の都合で横浜に行っていたので、帰社する時に買っておいたやーつ。 横浜駅に向かう途中でよくそごうのアフタヌーンティーを通っていたから、お店は認知していたものの、今まで特に目ぼしいものがなかったから買ったことはないのだが、この日はクリスマスな装飾になっていて、かわゆなパッケージで冬季限定というケークシトロンが売っていたので、パウンドケーキ大好き侍、脊椎反射で購入してしまった^^ ケークシトロン。お値段税込1,299円。日持ちは常温で年末まで(1.5ヶ月足らず)。 12/13(土)、朝食のついでにうっかり手が滑って開封してしまった^^; 冷温どちらも美味しいが、今回のパウンドケーキは、どちらかというと、冷をしばらく室温に戻した冷ためのが個人的に好き。 レモンの爽やかさが活きてくる温度感で、しっとりみっしりな生地も楽しめる。レモンピールの砂糖漬けは、割と大きめに切ってある気がする。存在感のあるレモンピールの食感とほろ苦さと甘酸っぱさが、良いアクセントになっている。 可愛いパッケージに、お手頃価格で、軽食に丁度良いサイズ感。カロリーも控えめで罪悪感がないのも嬉しい。 本日もご馳走様でした^↫^ψ

2⃣別日にて、ガレットを注文。 具材は、鴨肉、マッシュルーム、ナッツ、チーズ、リンゴなどがのっており、バルサミコソースがよく合います。生地は割とパリッとした食感で美味しかったです。人参のラペとレタスが添えてありました。アイスティーと、ホットのカフェラテボールに癒されました。 1⃣買い物の休憩も兼ねて、友人、家族とのお茶する場としてよく利用されて頂いています。一人でも入りやすいです。 おやつ時は並びますが、それでも、中に入れば美味しいお茶やスイーツ、軽食などに癒されます。14時からのスイーツ3種盛りが、ドリンク付きでお得です。アップルパイも温めてだしてくださり、定番メニューです。 SOGOになくてはならないお店だと思います。

お買い物のひとやすみに『アフタヌーンティー・ティールーム』へ。 可愛くて美味しそうなメニューが沢山でいつもワクワクします。そのうち食事や、アフタヌーンティーを楽しんでみたい・・と何年も思い続けています おいしそうなデザートが溢れかえっておりましたが、ランチでお腹パンパンなのでドリンクのみ・・「ストロベリーハイビスカスのスパークリングジュレッティー」爽やかな酸味のストロベリーハイビスカスティージュレに、ストロベリーローズソース、苺、ソーダを合わせたドリンクですすごく甘い！のではなく、さわやかな甘酸っぱさで非常に美味しい！苺もたっぷり入っていてうれしい。美味しすぎてゆっくり楽しむのではなく、あっという間に飲んでしましました・・。 2025.02.21時点の情報です。
